The ruyi cloud-patterned border beneath the rim is outlined in pink, blue, and red, with graceful lines and full forms, symbolizing wishes for all things to go smoothly and auspiciously. Near the base, the key-fret and scroll-leaf border designs are depicted in colors such as blue, pink, and yellow, with intricate and orderly lines. The key-fret pattern symbolizes continuity, while the scroll-leaf motif represents the ceaseless cycle of life.
