毓歌《东岳日出》

毓歌（1955— ），满族正黄旗，清皇族后裔，以书法闻名，绘画为辅，尤擅行草；山水、竹兰为其兼擅题材。

书风浑厚圆通、气韵生动，曾在紫禁城办个展，作品被多国博物馆收藏。题材：东岳泰山日观峰日出，象征蒸蒸日上、稳如泰山。

构图：多为横幅 / 中堂，高远构图，主峰居中、云海环绕、旭日东升，气势雄浑。

笔墨：浅绛 / 小青绿山水，山石斧劈皴，淡墨染云，朱砂点朝阳，兼具传统与现代审美。手绘有笔触、墨色层次、自然晕染 。《东岳日出》属其山水精品比较稀缺。

Yu Ge (b. 1955), of the Manchu Plain Yellow Banner, is a descendant of the Qing imperial family. He is celebrated for his calligraphy, with painting as his secondary pursuit, and is especially adept at running-cursive script. He also excels at painting landscapes, bamboo and orchids.

His calligraphy style is vigorous and rounded with vivid artistic charm. He has held a solo exhibition in the Forbidden City, and his works are collected by museums across many countries.

Theme

Sunrise at Riguan Peak of Mount Tai (East Yue)

It symbolizes prosperity and steady development, as firm and unshakable as Mount Tai.

Composition

Most works are designed as horizontal scrolls or central hall hanging scrolls. Adopting a high-distance landscape composition, the main peak stands in the center surrounded by sea of clouds with the rising sun glowing in the sky, presenting a powerful and magnificent momentum.

Brush and Ink Technique

He adopts light crimson landscape and small green landscape painting styles. Texture of mountains and rocks is rendered with axe-cut texture strokes, clouds are dyed with pale ink, and the rising sun is tinted with cinnabar. His works integrate traditional charm and modern aesthetic.

Hand-painted original works feature distinct brushstrokes, layered ink tones and natural ink blending.

Sunrise over East Yue ranks among his fine landscape works and is quite scarce in the market.
