和田玉籽料是和田玉里收藏价值最高的品类，特指新疆玉龙喀什河、喀拉喀什河（白玉河、墨玉河）河道中，经千万年水流冲刷、翻滚打磨形成的卵石状和田玉，是玉石经过自然筛选后的精华料子。

昆仑山原生和田玉矿体（山料）经地震、风化崩落山体，被雪山融水带入河道；

历经数百万年水流冲击、砂石撞击、水底浸泡，疏松、多裂纹的部位被消磨殆尽，仅留存结构最细腻致密的内核，最终形成圆润卵石形态，表层沁入铁、锰等矿物质形成天然皮色。结构极致细密紧致，油性浑厚温润，韧性极强、密度稳定（2.95~3.17）；质地极致细腻紧实，内部呈细密毡状交织结构。

English Translation

Seed jade (Ziliao) of Hetian jade ranks as the most valuable category for collection among all varieties of Hetian jade. It specifically refers to pebble-shaped Hetian jade formed through millions of years of water erosion, tumbling and polishing within the watercourses of the Yulong Kashi River and Karakash River in Xinjiang (known as the White Jade River and Black Jade River respectively), representing the finest essence of jade naturally refined by nature.

Primary Hetian jade ore bodies (mountain jade) originating from the Kunlun Mountains break off from mountain slopes due to earthquakes and weathering, then are washed into river channels by melted snow water.

Over millions of years of running water pounding, collision with sand and gravel, and prolonged submersion underwater, loose and heavily fissured portions get worn away completely, leaving only the compact, finest inner core. Gradually, smooth pebbles take shape, and natural skin hues develop on the surface as iron, manganese and other mineral elements permeate the exterior.

Boasting an extremely tight and fine internal texture, rich and mellow oily luster, exceptional toughness and stable density ranging from 2.95 to 3.17; its interior features an intricate felt-like interwoven crystalline structure.

Possessing profound, velvety oily texture, it grows smoother, softer and more lustrous shortly after being held in hand, emitting a subdued gentle glow rather than harsh glassy sheen. Its color spectrum covers white seed jade, pale greenish-white seed jade, celadon seed jade, black jade seed jade, blue-and-white seed jade and more, with white seed jade being the rarest and most precious.
